Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer returns or exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To ensure that we can continue to offer great products and competitive pricing, we have a few guidelines for returns and exchanges.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

- In its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received

- Free of stains, tears, or any other damage

- With the bar code tag intact

- The correct product that was ordered.

Please note that if any of the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to issue a refund or credit for the product.

After a return is initiated, we will examine the product within 15 business days. Once the inspection is completed, a credit will be issued that can be utilized for your next purchase and is valid for 90 days. If your order was paid through Cash on Delivery, you will receive credit, whereas for prepaid orders, you will be refunded.

If you wish to exchange a product, we are happy to do so if the desired size is available. Please note that exchange is possible only for the available size. If you want to purchase another product in exchange, please raise a return and purchase the desired product separately.

Please note that items such as socks, swimwear, croches + toes, and other innerwear items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
